Our capabilities are not limited to the software running our machines. MetroCal programmers are proficient in a number of CMM operating softwares and can customize programs to meet your requirements.

MetroCal technicians are experienced in GD&T (ASME Y14.5M) interpretation. We conduct layout inspection from prints or CAD data and provide 100% first piece inspection, capability studies and statistical analyses on parts. When performing Check fixture re-certification, our Layout department has the support of MetroCal Jig and Fixture for quoting and adjusting the fixture into tolerance should an out of tolerance condition exist.
