MetroCal technicians are experienced in GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994) interpretation. We conduct layout inspection from prints and/or CAD data and provide statistical analyses and capability studies on parts. We can accomplish data transfer via electronic files, with a disk, printed report, or immediate modem transmission direct to your facility.

And we share our layout expertise, too. With over 40 years of experience, our staff will train your operators and inspectors, at your location or ours, in fundamental layout procedures or CNC/CMM programming.
